The place is lovely and the pool is great
Tasty and nutritious meal. There was no coffee machine as it was broken. The place is small and cramped. There is a pergola outside but it's hot - add a large outdoor fan or ceiling fans.

- • We barbecued and all kinds of animals came and bothered us
Unfortunately, when I booked, I mistakenly clicked on 9-10 nights thinking it was for 2 nights, but it was only for one night. Therefore, the next morning we had to leave. We just wanted another day because it was great. What a shame.

The ordering service is appalling and very disappointing
We wanted to pamper the residents of the north and the kibbutz. We have never been through travel agencies and always went directly to the north and kibbutzim with a booking or directly to the kibbutz website. The place with fresh and inviting air

- • We booked spontaneously two days before and two travel agency representatives called us to confirm a prepaid reservation for a 5-person family room. After Tali confirmed the reservation and the place also confirmed by email, a guy called without any courtesy or humanity, started threatening with an additional price for three children and began a series of insults and threats to remove breakfast and hot water during our stay if we didn't add 300 ILS per child per night. When I explained to Tamir that I made a reservation for 2 adults and 3 children and wrote it in a note below and two girls confirmed it, he ignored it and continued to offend... until I asked to speak to a manager after arguments and insults, a guy named Moran called me. He forced me with threats and shouts to add the payment. On the same day of the trip to the hotel, we arrived only at 6 PM and didn't receive any information at the reception despite a girl named Zara promising us a full explanation about the entire hotel and also promising compensation, also insisting that I pay another supplement, threatening to deduct from the salary. Employees claiming to be managers without authority, I encountered 4 such calls! They didn't allow us to cancel the reservation and forced us to pay an additional 900 ILS. We entered the room with torn towels, after drying, we found their hairs in the sheets and on the body. A dining room with dirty dishes and a dirty kitchen and floor. Unchanged linens in two nights. We almost finished our stay without staying in the hotel itself, they didn't update us on Wi-Fi and passwords and nothing despite the promises. Beneath all criticism in the slightest. With all the sorrow to help the residents of the north, this is an attitude and service that needs improvement, and guests should not spend their vacation with these feelings.
It was a wonderful hospitality, good rooms, good service, amazing pool, everything is close, and the breakfast is indulgent

The area is beautiful, the rooms were simple but clean and there's a nice green area and comfortable parking near the rooms

Good and rich breakfast. I liked the attention to small details: a snack and apple juice in the room and heating the room before we arrived. I liked the design of the place, the thought and care of the open spaces
