Everything was great! We have stayed at this hotel before. This time we celebrated my birthday. My husband rushed to book on Booking.com and didn't check that only breakfast was included without dinner, so we had to buy dinner at the hotel. A wonderful hotel employee, administrator Irina, came to our rescue! Kind, lovely, and pleasant lady!!! After congratulating me on my birthday, she offered a good price for dinners for the whole family for two days and also presented a gift from the hotel - dinner for two at the restaurant!!! Also, on the last day of our stay at the Nevo hotel, on Saturday, we were allowed to stay in one of the rooms until 8 p.m.! This made our stay more complete and amazing. But that's not all, there was a surprise waiting for me in the room - a complimentary gift from the hotel: a bottle of wine, balloons, and two glasses for me and my husband, very nice!!! The room is quite large with a cozy atmosphere and has everything - a fridge, hairdryer, kettle, pool slippers, bathrobes. The mattress is comfortable, which is very important for a good night's sleep!!! The food is very tasty, both breakfasts and dinners, the waiters constantly clear the empty plates from the guests' tables. Thank you very much to Irina from me and my whole family, the stay at the Nevo hotel was magnificent. We will definitely come back!!!

Simply 10/10. The staff were attentive to every small detail for a perfect vacation. Irina, Kati, and Ofra took care of everything I needed. The staff is dedicated, indulgent, and accommodating, the meals are delicious, the rooms are enchanting and new. The location is pastoral, simply a perfect experience. The quality of the vacation for the consumer is the top priority for the staff, the employees are smiling and service-oriented. I will return to this hotel many times. Simply a great experience, highly recommend!!!

- • I have nothing bad to write, excellent and accommodating staff. Indulgent and heartfelt, the place is clean and beautiful - located in the most relaxing, aesthetic, and beautiful location on the Dead Sea.
Excellent hotel, pleasant territory, everything is new and clean. The most convenient beach access. Varied and delicious breakfasts and dinners. We have been to various hotels on the Dead Sea, and I can confidently say that this is the best one. We will definitely return.
