Excellent location - short walk to the Alcazar and Cathedral. Very clean. Nice rooftop area for relaxing. Good AC and ceiling fan. Good closet/storage.

- • A friend and I were in room seven. The shower and toilet area were completely clear glass and so there was no privacy. Might be OK if you are a couple. Still, not romantic to have to see your lover on the toilet. We used the restrooms in the lobby for privacy to do our business so to speak. That however was problematic in so far as the glass doors were opaque, but opened onto to a very echoing reception area. If you were having stomach trouble, all would be audible! Yikes. Also, my friend got trapped in one of these two restrooms in the middle of the night as the lock froze. She finally got it open. In our room only one of two outlets worked, and the lights were either all on or all off. You could not choose to have on just one mood light. Another guest told me that her outlets would not work to charge her phone at night unless she left all the lights on, and so had not slept well at all! There is a shared coffee station, but the lights did not work in there and so it was a bit difficult to see. We laughed instead of cried when we noticed there was a barely readable sign posted that told you to go up one floor to access milk if you want it. There was a small refrigerator with milk on the landing there. No you couldn't make this stuff up!!! We were told to access our own breakfast that came in a box and would be in the refrigerator adjoining the lobby. We were hunted down later after getting our boxes by reception to say that we did not take the boxes corresponding to our room number. Guess we missed that detail. She said that's OK. All of them are the same anyway. Huh???? For a boxed breakfast it wasn't too bad. Yogurt, sandwiches, pastries, fruit, cookies, juice. With just a little attention to detail this place could be a real gem due to its location and cleanliness. If you can't find anywhere else, this will do.
Ideal location in Seville to do everything on foot. The small rooftop pool is very pleasant and appreciated and provides a nice view. The room was very spacious as well as the bathroom.

- • Soundproofing!! Honestly, there are major soundproofing issues in this establishment. We could hear our neighbors, the noises on the terrace and on the roof are very unpleasant, the floor tiles are not well fixed and as soon as you walk on them, everything resonates (we were in room 8), maybe in the other rooms there is no problem. Breakfast is too expensive for what it is, we had it in our Booking offer, it helps out but I do not recommend it. Quality/price ratio way too high!!!

- • There was almost no shower gel and it ran out with one shower, there was practically no toilet paper (only one roll about to run out). The guy who attended us at check out was a bit unfriendly.
