Amazing hotel
The hotel is amazing! I believe it is the best in Halong and they made your holiday wonderful. Villas are supernice and the facilities are great! You feel very chill and comfortable having holiday here.

- • The restaurant's service isn't very well. The staff miss orders and needs a lot of reminders to obtain orders/ services you needed. Also, the table was booked and agreed in the morning but they changed our allocation when we arrived for dinner. They said our table was reserved for someone else but no one was on that table the whole night.

- • I think it is better if we have the lift. My father couldn’t walk, I didnt realise no life and no bed room in first floor

- • We paid per room in our villa to unlock bedroom. So my son's could have a room each I paid vnd2.400.000 for the 3rd room to be opened. No complimentary unlock. We had a washing machine with no washing powder or drying facilities.
