The hotel needs a full cleaning, rooms are moldy, I would not stay here again ever, there are cockroaches.

I will not return to this hotel, all the rooms need to be sanitized!

- • I booked 4 rooms, they were all NOT clean, all the rooms smelt moldy, old, the bathrooms had molds, not clean at all; one of the rooms we found a cockroach. The floors were warped probably because of too much moisture which explains the moldy condition.

Looks very luxurious from the outside, but when stepping into the main entrance, the reception area smells bad and damp. Don't know if the staff or the male guests sit with their legs up on the chairs, it looks unprofessional and disrespectful to customers (I stayed here for 2 days, whenever I entered or exited, I always saw it). Security guard at the staircase sits at the counter looking at the phone with a vacant stare, watching customers carry their luggage on their own. The room is spacious and comfortable but very musty and dusty as if it hasn't been cleaned for a year. The bed linens still smell of the previous guests, guests check out but the bed linens are not changed, they just rearrange the same bed linens for the next guests to use because the body odor of others is completely different from other foul odors. The slippers in the room are dirty with three black and dirty spots. It was noted on booking that breakfast was included, but when I asked the receptionist in the morning, they said the hotel does not provide breakfast. Breakfast is not very important to me, I can eat outside (but if it's not included, it shouldn't be advertised). The receptionist ordered a boat to the bay for me from 2 pm the day before until 9:00 am the next morning, which is the departure time. The time from booking the boat to the departure time is 19 hours, more than enough time to prepare and provide necessary information to customers. But even at 9:00 am when I arrived at the port, I was still clueless about which boat was picking me up. I called the hotel staff at that time and only then did they send someone to pick me up, and by the time they picked me up, it was already 9:15. At 2:00 the day before, when I booked the boat and paid, I asked the staff to book the boat for me, if I needed to bring anything or prepare anything for the boat trip to the bay. The staff said no need, just bring swimwear if you want to swim in the sea.

- • Cleanliness and reception of the staff. Need to retrain all to elevate Ha Long, Quang Ninh to a higher cultural level
