- • El baño cuando llegamos estaba encharcado, ademas habia otros huespedes que no paraban de hacer ruido ( un poco lo entiendo pero durante horas y eran gritos y golpes) les avise al hotel y me dijo que comprendiese que los niños pueden hacer algo de ruido, lo de el niño entiendo pero sus padres jugando con ellos a gritos. Hay mas gente que quiere descansar, ademas estoy embarazada y necesito dormir bien. No volveria a este hotel.
A beautiful hotel in a quieter part of town.
The building itself was beautiful to look at. The rooms were spacious and had what we needed. The area was quiet and the backstreets were beautiful to walk around. The staff were very helpful and assisted us with getting tickets to local attractions, which was helpful for our large group of 14 people. Special thanks to Lâm on the front desk for all your help.

- • We didn’t realise this hotel was not in the ‘tourist’ area of Ha Long City when we booked, and is across the bridge in the more local / administrative area. When I say tourist area I mean the cruise terminal, SunWorld and the beach strip with all the food and entertainment- Bai Chay Beach. This limited walking access to the sights and sounds, however it turned out to be fine, we were still able to find places to eat and there were lots of great coffee shops close by. And it was an easy big grab ride anywhere.

- • L’odeur sur les serviettes de toilettes était vraiment pas agréable et les produits d’hygiène pas de qualité
Comfortable and clean
The property is nice and welcome and in a great area outside the main tourist location. Unfortunately, there was a downpour of rain which meant the elevator was broken but it was ok to use the stairs. Staff were very helpful with booking us a tour and a bus to our next location. Thank you!
