The bungalows, the resort is beautiful. Located between the fruit trees and ponds full of fish. Occasionally some noise disturbance, presumably from team-building activities. Bungalow with all comforts although I missed a mosquito net. Bathroom is very nice, however, the hot water is difficult to control...a thermostatic tap would solve this. The food in the restaurant is delicious, especially the local specialties. The Margaritas are also well made. The pool is large and regularly maintained. A lifeguard on site, even when we were alone (few people during that period). Free tickets for the eco zoo every day... After one visit, we had seen enough. We are spoiled by European zoos and the conditions in which some animals were kept here were substandard (snake in a steel cage, crocodile with a small pond). Bicycles are available but you are not allowed to leave the premises. The resort is located on a busy road, 14km from the city. Grab is not always available. All in all, a nice stay. Especially the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I feel very unsafe due to the room doesn't have any lock from inside, that means anyone has the same key card can enter the room while you are occupied.

Very serene atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Great seeing all the animals in the safari. Good breakfast. The only regret was having laundry service which was a nightmare!! They washed our clothes with other people's clothes. They hung the clothes up on metal hangers which distorted the shapes of the pants and shirts. They washed whites with colors, thus the whites were all stained!!!!!! A bag of laundry ended up costing $30 US dollars and yet clothes were destroyed. So, stay here because it's beautiful BUT DO NOT GET LAUNDRY SERVICE!!! OUR clothes were ruined!
