This is our 3rd time staying at the beyaz melek. Location is perfect, staff are so nice & the pool area is lovely and quite. We are planning our 4th stay here already

- • Shower in the room we stayed in could do with an update as it was either boiling or freezing cold but that's just our preference.
Good hotel for its money
Liked the staff. Liked the location, 5 minutes walk to the sea and promenade. Everything is nearby. Very clean pool and bedding with towels. There is water available, you can take it at the reception. Hot water is always available, you just need to drain it. A big plus that there is an elevator. Many thanks to the guys at the reception, very responsive and attentive.

- • Didn't like the bed, it's too small and narrow for us, the mattress is uncomfortable and so are the pillows. Very strong audibility in the rooms. There was a smell of smoke in the neighboring room. You can hear everything that happens beyond the wall and above))) especially in the toilet. Good thing I have earplugs. Very inconvenient that there is no kettle in the room.
