A pleasant stay with friendly staff, but the cleanliness and maintenance could be better.

I highly recommend this hotel, we stayed there for 7 days. The location is great near the beach, restaurants and bus stations. The pool was clean and the staff were friendly.

- • The air conditioning in my room was not working properly, the mattress and bed linens were dirty. Unfortunately, I stayed for one day when I was supposed to stay for a week, I was not refunded because apparently that's how it is in his establishment.
Catastrophe.
The hotel/guesthouse is not recommended. The air conditioning in the room smells strongly of smoke, not maintained, and that at almost 40 degrees... In addition, the pool was emptied for maintenance during the high season, thank you for nothing, never again!

- • The hotel is not recommended. The air conditioning smells strongly of smoke (not maintained), probably smoked in for years... that at 40 degrees. In addition, the pool water was drained for days during the peak season at 40 degrees! Never again, thank you for nothing!
