- • Останнім часом я зупинявся в цьому помешканні, і, на жаль, мій досвід не відповів очікуванням. Хоча місце може бути зручним, воно сильно впливає на постійний шум транспорту, що ускладнює відпочинок. Однією з основних проблем було відсутність належного обслуговування клієнтів. На місці не було персоналу, і комунікація була дуже поганою. Я отримав лише дві короткі текстові повідомлення, одне з яких запитувало про час виїзду на наступний день навіть до того, як я зареєструвався. Це створило дуже неорганізований та безособистий враження, без реальної підтримки чи допомоги під час мого перебування. Крім того, були проблеми з непостійною гарячою водою, що подальше вплинуло на загальний комфорт. З кращою комунікацією, покращеним обслуговуванням клієнтів та увагою до основних зручностей це помешкання могло б запропонувати набагато більш задовільний досвід.
Very authentic. Feels like being in the pages of an Orhan Pamuk novel. Very comfortable bed. Magnificent restaurant on the ground floor, very tasty!
