Please remind us for the return of deposit, we are leaving and the rupiah 200000 forgot to get back.
We are walking to the Nagoya Foodcourt for breakfast & dinner, the hotel's distance from Nagoya Foodcourt is acceptable. Bathroom shower head is great & toilet cleaning hose is great.

- • Please improve the hair dryer's functions with fast hot air mode; currently only a cold air mode is available. When using hot mode will automatic shut down.

How for 2 persons to Charge Mobile & Powerbanks🤦🏻♀️😅 2) Very dark in Toilet don’t knw Y property dont install 1 more light in toilet! 3) Counter staffs lack of Service Attitude: a) we asked the counter staff 4 assistance to get grab in advance BUT after we came down from room then ONLY HE called for TAXI SOME MORE THERE s NO RESPONSE FROM TAXI CENTER😤😠😡 b) After check out we 4got to get back Deposit of IDR 100,000 BUT THE STAFF NEVER CHASE / STOP US WANT TO DO THE REFUND FOR US WHILE WE WERE WAITING OUTSIDE FOR THE DRIVER. Ends up WE NEED TO GO BACK HANS INN TO GET BACK THE REFUND IDR 100,000. IT s QUITE WASTING TIME & MONEY TO GO BACK HOTEL AGAIN😠🤬😡
