Comfortable also big space!! Also big shout out to the staff because I accidentally left my wallet and didn't realize it at all, already checked in and took a nap before going out, only then I noticed my wallet was missing, immediately went to the lobby and they kept my wallet without any money missing!!! Alhamdulillah

- • No iron available. Requested for an iron. And there are small cockroaches. Request for regular pest control.

- • There were some cockroaches in the toilet. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.
Average, okay
Very clean room & quite modern but acceptable within the price. Good housekeeping & fast check-in & check-out. There are a few massage centers around & food hawkers. There's only 1 lift but it's okay. I love how quickly the lift moves during rush hour.

- • Location - a bit far from the nearest Nagoya Mall. We need to cross 2 busy roads to get to the mall. The roads are not really safe, especially for female tourists
