A quality stay in an idyllic setting
Superb hotel with a very neat style. The pool is great. The breakfasts are of quality. The atmosphere of the place is particularly pleasant with good music, cats, and an idyllic setting.

- • Not much to complain about. It could have been a little cooler in the rooms, we suffered a bit from the heat.
Beautiful oasis in the city

What a lovely place this is! Super welcoming reception by Alexandra, nice rooms, fantastic pool, delicious breakfast, and just a lovely place to stay with a nice atmosphere. The cherry on top was definitely the Temazcal ceremony!! Thank you Alexandra and Botanica for this experience 🙏🏼

Well-decorated room. Possible to walk to the lively Tulum avenue. Well-appointed and decorated outdoor spaces. Good breakfast. Kitchen available on-site.

- • The fridge is not separated by room. Mosquitoes in the outdoor spaces were very present. Curtain on the window but not on the glass door of the room, a lot of light at night and in the morning.
Great value for money
Best spot in terms of value for money. Great location. Special mention for the decoration and atmosphere of the place. A perfect mix of modernity and vintage. We were with family and loved this place. Top breakfast - cocoa lovers, you can trust. And the staff is lovely.

The owner lied about refund. The bed is not a real bed.

- • We booked 4 nights but had to check out early due to the fact that the bed was way too uncomfortable and we could not get any sleep. The mattress is put on top of concrete. Also, the bathroom in the room has no door. We agreed with the owner Fernando that he would refund the 3 nights we did not spend there, but booking keeps telling us he declined the request on the platform, so I guess he is a liar and not an honest person. I would not recommend this place for your stay in Tulum.
Beyond our expectations
All the staff is incredibly kind and super professional. The cleanliness is impeccable. The site is beautiful and very well maintained. We will return.

Such a beautiful, magical place to stay in Tulum - it feels like entering your own private sanctuary. The staff were incredibly kind and engaged, always checking in to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Tulum.
