Great!
The place is very chill, the pool is very nice. The rooms are simple but practical. The bathroom is shared on each floor, but not bothersome since we never crossed paths with anyone. There is always water available and the waffle for breakfast is delicious. There is a bar in the hotel and at the back door a burger restaurant Ruda absolutely delicious. Hotel with parking in front and very well located to visit the ruins, cenotes, and the reserve. The staff is super friendly and the wifi works very well. A kitchen is available as well as a fridge.

All perfect. Hidden and beautiful place. Beautiful and very clean room. Top breakfast. Incredible atmosphere and especially incredible value for money.

Very well-kept and new environment. Comfortable bed, clean sheets. Overall good room cleanliness. Bathroom with a large shower, the only downside is the absence of a door separating it from the rest of the room and the sink outside the bathroom, although in continuity. The property has a large shared kitchen and a very nice pool. Excellent included breakfast! Great value for money.

Super hotel. The atmosphere was very zen and therefore very relaxing. The room was spacious. Note that the toilets and showers are on the landing but it did not pose any problem for us. The breakfast is excellent. I also recommend the burgers for dinner. It is very well located near the main street, Tulum site, and cenotes. Perfect also for visiting the Sian Kaan biosphere. An oasis of peace.
