- • The room had mold growing inside and made us sick!! I told the management but she didn't seem to care
It was epic, we stayed in their new rooftop pool suite and it was amazing. The staff was great. We'll definitely stay at Epic again.
It was extraordinary. Epic is just as it's promoted, a perfect place to stay with your loved one. We had an amazing time.

Not a 5-star experience
First, I must say that the stay was very pleasant, comfortable, clean, and the service was very attentive. The room we stayed in (Santorini) is amazing for couples, and for that, we highly recommend Epic Suites. But there are some things I must mention as a critical review for future guests.

The room we stayed in (Santorini) is amazing for couples, and for that, we highly recommend Epic Suites. But there are some things I must mention as a critical review for future guests. Maybe it was because we were in the low season or for other reasons, but if you present yourself as a luxury hotel, there are some minimum standards you must meet. Starting with the animals, I know it's a personal decision from the ownership, but the hotel is full of cats and street dogs. Every night we heard cat fights and barking for hours just outside the room. I guess other guests don't mind, but if you are afraid of wild dogs, maybe it would be nice to describe it in the hotel description. Another thing is that, again if you are already paying a luxury price, you should include basic things in the rate. For example, at breakfast, even a latte coffee means an extra fee. Also, we rented a scooter from other vendors because theirs is more than double the normal fare, and our parking was outside the hotel parking in front of a refuge for wild dogs, near a trash pile on fire, not a very good image for a luxury hotel. Finally, the service is great, but not at a "luxury" level. They are very slow, sometimes they forget the order or the task altogether. I know that maybe these things just happened to us and are outliers, but it is what it is... Moreover, they keep offering to arrange activities with them, contacting you on your personal number, such as fishing trips, day tours, when you have not asked for that information. In summary, the experience was awesome and great, and I would repeat it, but not at that price.
Epic Suites is an amazing place to be! I have traveled around the world, but nothing can compare to this place. The rooms are clean and really nice! The views are breathtaking. The food is excellent, and they serve many types of dishes from Asian cuisine to tacos and steaks. By the way, easily the best tacos I have ever eaten in Asia. You should definitely use room service since it's reasonably priced and can really make your holiday so relaxing! Also, I highly recommend their massage service and nail spa! The nails were the same price as near Alona Beach, but the quality was 100 times better, and the massage was the best I have ever had. If you want to have an excellent holiday and everything to be perfect, look no further and choose this place!
