- • Dirty, moldy bathroom, bed linen smelled of cigarettes and was burnt with cigarettes, the bed was terribly uncomfortable. The air conditioning did not heat, we found a heater with which we could make it warm. We woke up several times at night to a dog barking inside the building. There was a terrible noise inside the building, people were shouting at night. With over 20 years of travel experience, we have never been in such a terrible place

Very nice lady at the reception, probably the owner. Breakfast which was free croissant + coffee yogurts fruits. The lady at the reception did not let us leave without breakfast, very very nice 😍

As an apology for the long wait on the phone, we were offered breakfast service and escorted to the room with our luggage.

Structure, Owners and collaborators very welcoming, make you feel comfortable right away, clean structure and very helpful and available with customers and also located in an excellent strategic point to move around easily on foot, we recommend this hotel ☺️ and personally we will return on the next trip to Bari ☺️
