- • Receptionist staff was slow and not focused on handling the matter of a guest in front of him but kept accepting interruption by other guests who were travel guides. It looks like a pattern that these travel guides do not respect the meaning of a “queue” and keep interrupting the receptionist while they are not standing in the line. Hair dryer was damaged and caused electricity in the room off 3 times. I told the receptionist in the early morning both orally and through a message but after I came back in the evening, the problem wasn’t solved. As a solution, we got moved to a smaller room with 2 beds instead of 1 bed. If things were not deescalated by receptionist manager and customer relations who apologized several times, we’d have given a very bad review.
Apart from the boat, great
The staff, especially Christeen from guest relations, who was lovely and attentive to us. Also, the gentleman who was watching the pool was very kind. Thanks to them, especially.

- • The boat, every 30 minutes to reach or leave the hotel. It is not always on time, and when you arrive like us at two in the morning, waiting until 2:40 for the shuttle to leave for the hotel is way too long. There should be shuttles every 15 minutes, especially at night when some clients are waiting...
A beautiful location with exceptionally kind and helpful staff, but the hotel’s facilities, cleanliness, and dining experience
The location is beautiful, and the Guest Relations Manager, Mrs. Christeen, as well as all the staff, are extremely kind and helpful. This is why we gave the hotel a rating of 8, mainly in recognition of the wonderful staff and the overall quality of service.

- • Overall, many areas need improvement, including the cleanliness of the rooms, malfunctioning equipment, the limited choice and quality of the food, and the main restaurant. This is not intended as a negative comment, but rather as constructive feedback to raise awareness of the areas that could be improved. I hope this feedback will be helpful.
My stay overall was very positive and it was a good value
The best thing about this hotel is Christine the head manager, she went out of her way to please us and she did

- • The boat operator was aggressive in trying to sell his personal services to us, which is unfortunately very common in Egypt. The service port that carries you from the harbor to the hotel was not clean; the platform that you arrive to be transferred to the hotel also needs an uplift, as does the platform when you arrive. It’s just as a guest to arrive at the 4 to 5-star hotel you need simply cleanliness

The structure is remarkable with spacious rooms, two pools, a spa with a wellness center, two restaurants, and welcoming outdoor spaces. It is easily reachable using the small boats provided by the hotel (they depart from the pier every 30 minutes). The staff is always available 24 hours. Special mention to the head of staff Christeen present for every need and highly professional.
