The entire hotel team delivered thoughtful, warm‑hearted service throughout my visit. I would like to give special recognition to Sara, Christina, and all the staff at the Banana Swimming Pool. Sara in particular was attentive and patient. She went out of her way to resolve all my issues and offered thoughtful, professional assistance. The pool staff were welcoming and considerate, taking great care of every guest. All the hotel’s management and staff demonstrate excellent professionalism. I sincerely appreciate all the support and wonderful hospitality extended to me during my time visiting Aswan. I will highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

The best choice in Aswan
The hotel is situated on a small island, 5 min from central Luxor. There is a boat free of charge, every 30min for 24h. Old Catarat is in front. After a hot day in busy Aswan it is a relief to take the boat, the rooms are modern, very spacious with gorgeous views on the Nile river and sand dunes. The pool and restaurant is very nice. I highly recommend Pyramisa, we decided to extend our stay at the end.

Bel hôtel avec une vue sublime mais restaurants pas au top
L’établissement est très beau et grand. La vue est magnifique et ces de belles piscines. Le personnel est très prévenant et les navettes gratuites fonctionnent très bien (une par demi-heure)

- • La carte des restaurants propose des plats très inégaux. Certains plats n’étaient carrément pas bons (notamment le cordon bleu)
After a full day of sightseeing, there is no better place to relax than this peaceful oasis!
What a wonderful surprise this hotel turned out to be! We hadn't even realized when we booked that it was located on its own island. Arriving by boat immediately made the experience feel special, and once we reached the hotel, it truly felt like a peaceful oasis in the middle of the Nile. To our delight, we were upgraded to a room with a Nile view. Waking up to the river, palm trees, the desert landscape, and the traditional feluccas sailing by was exactly the picture you imagine when you dream about Egypt. We visited as a family and had some very long excursion days, including a trip to Abu Simbel. After those adventures, it was wonderful to return to the hotel, relax by the beautiful pool, and completely unwind. The staff made our stay exceptional. A special thank you to Christine from Guest Relations, Faisal at the pool, and Ali at the pool restaurant. Nothing was too much to ask, and they made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for throughout our stay. I also celebrated my birthday during our visit, and to my surprise, the hotel treated me to a delicious chocolate cake. Such a thoughtful gesture that made the day even more memorable. One thing worth mentioning is the complimentary boat shuttle, which runs day and night. We had to leave for an excursion at 4:00 a.m., and everything was perfectly arranged—the boat was waiting to take us across to meet our taxi without any hassle. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend Pirisma Island Aswan Hotel to anyone visiting Aswan. If you're looking for a peaceful location, stunning Nile views, outstanding hospitality, and a unique experience, this hotel is an excellent choice.
