- • The worst room service I have ever encountered!!! I arrived in February at the beginning of my pregnancy, ordered a fish and chips dish that caused me food poisoning shortly after eating, I experienced severe symptoms of vomiting, nausea, and diarrhea... Due to my health condition, I had to leave the hotel in the early morning hours and go to a women's clinic out of concern for my pregnancy. Just before arriving at the clinic, I felt dizzy, excessive sweating, and a sense of fainting, almost losing consciousness... After several hours of consuming a lot of fluids and no food at all to cleanse my stomach, it passed but the first few hours were worrying! Even on the first evening when I ordered food, it arrived cold and inedible, and overall, any request from the room service took a lot of time.

Good location with a lovely view of the beach. Plenty of quiet spots to relax, maybe because it was off-season. Good selection of snacks and various drinks provided in the room

- • The fact that I paid an extra 200 shekels on top of the planned 1100 shekels corresponding to the VAT for my guest, and was told that I could get a refund at the airport which was denied to me. I don't understand why you charged me this additional amount and made me believe I could get it refunded.
We came to celebrate a birthday, a delicious cake and wine awaited us in the room. The room was spacious, new, pleasant, and beautifully designed. One of the few places that bothered to open the outdoor pool in February, 'off-season,' even though it was a sunny and warm week. The food was excellent, the service, the atmosphere, everything. After staying at another disappointing 5-star hotel - here was just a pleasure and we will definitely return
