All our requests were met by the staff. Good experience, pleasant and clean hotel. Nice activities for children. We received vegan food at breakfast (need to request): tofu shakshuka, vegan egg, vegan cheeses

- • Very expensive but a good experience. A garment fell from the window to the floor below, they said they would bring it to us and when we came to pick it up they said they didn't find it, which was disappointing because we knew the garment was there. Missing - vegan options at the pool bar
