- • The worst room service I have ever encountered!!! I arrived in February at the beginning of my pregnancy, ordered a fish and chips dish that caused me food poisoning shortly after eating, severe symptoms of vomiting, nausea, and diarrhea started... Due to my health condition, I had to leave the hotel in the early morning hours and go to the women's emergency room out of pregnancy concern. Just before arriving at the emergency room, I experienced dizziness, increased sweating, and a feeling of fainting, almost losing consciousness... After several hours of drinking a lot of fluids and not eating at all to clean the stomach, it passed but the first few hours were worrying! Even on the first evening when I ordered food, it arrived cold and inedible, and in general, any request from room service took a lot of time.

My stay went well except for the annoyance of paying 200 shekels extra
Good location with a nice view of the beach. Plenty of quiet spots, maybe because it was off-season. Good snacks and various drinks provided in the room

- • The fact that I paid 200 shekels extra on top of the planned 1100 shekels, corresponding to the VAT for my guest, and was told I could get a refund at the airport, which was denied. I don't understand why I was charged this extra amount and led to believe I could get a refund.
We came to celebrate a birthday, a cake and wine were waiting for us in the room. The room was spacious, new, cozy, and beautifully designed. One of the few places that bothered to open the sun pool in February, 'off-season,' even though it was a sunny and warm week. The food was excellent, the service, the atmosphere, everything. After staying at another disappointing 5-star hotel, here was simply a pleasure and we will definitely return
