An exceptional place, the ground floor suite in the new building facing the pool is very comfortable. No noise disturbance. The Spa services are of quality and the sports coaching as well.

- • The service at the Beach restaurant is below what one would expect in this type of establishment.
Expérience incroyable dans un vignoble calme.
The place was modern, rooms were big and comfortable, and the staff were very attentive. We loved its quiet, vineyard location outside of the city. It was so comforting to be coming back to the hotel after long days. We felt it was a real 5-star experience.

- • Service at the pool restaurant is way too long, handwritten order taking, the waitress (very friendly) had to re-enter it on the computer afterwards. Poor organization.
An exceptional site but significant efforts are needed to achieve a 5-star status.
The site is a pure marvel. The modern extension is a success and blends perfectly with the old building. We have very beautiful services here.

- • The staff is welcoming but not up to the standard of a 5-star establishment. They clearly lack training and we feel the absence of a manager!!!! There are very serious shortcomings in the service. The extra bedding in the suites is really not up to standard. No solution provided.
It should be 10/10 but room service really lets it down
