It was our favorite hotel throughout our trip to Egypt. The human warmth and the attention of ALL its staff was exceptional. They have all the necessary services to provide comfort and convenience to their guests. Very attentive to detail, helping us with all our requests. The rooms are spacious and the bed very comfortable. They have a taxi service to move around Marsa Alam in a very comfortable air-conditioned electric car. We could see that they are developing new products and improvements in their hotel for future visitors. Do not miss visiting their terrace with a Bedouin-style tent and a beautiful view of the sea. Highly recommended!

We want to give a special thanks to: * Waleed: His attention and service were excellent, carefully looking after every detail to ensure we had a perfect stay. * Ayaa: She prepares delicious food that we thoroughly enjoyed every single day. * Shrooq: She gave us a warm welcome and was always highly attentive to our needs with a great smile. * Ahmed: He took great care of us during the night shift when Shrooq was away, always showing outstanding kindness and readiness to help. An absolutely recommended hotel in Marsa Alam thanks to its amazing hospitality and great team. The staff and the owner Amr are very kind. The restaurant is very good. The managers made sure I had everything I needed. I will return!

The owner gave us free snorkeling equipment. The waiters/manager's assistants were very kind and helpful although they spoke very little English and were clearly inexperienced. Organized transport from the hotel to Luxor at 65€ per person and a very good driver.

- • The location was very inconvenient, far from all the beautiful beaches as the nearby ones are dirty and neglected, and the area is a huge open-air construction site of started and unfinished hotels and piles of rubble, so we had to be taken everywhere by a hotel-affiliated taxi, we even had to pay 5€ each just to be taken to an ATM to withdraw money because they do not accept credit cards at the hotel and generally almost everywhere. Cost summary for user information: 4€ each for breakfast, 8€ lunch, 10€ dinner, 15€ each for about half an hour of transportation, entrance cost to Abu Dabbab 20€ per person, Sharm el Luli 5€ per person and 5€ for the driver, and taxi cost 25€ per hour per person. Do the math yourselves.

- • More than a B&B it felt like being in an open-air construction site. Around the structure, there were open construction sites in a state of abandonment, Bedouin camps with attached dogs and chickens. Poor cleanliness of the rooms, toilets, and all surrounding areas. Breakfast was a real disaster, no choice at all. It was either eat this soup or jump out the window. Waiting times for breakfast ranged from 30 to 40 minutes. The whole structure was "managed" by 3 teenagers aged between 16 and 20. Sadly, there is not even remotely a culture of hospitality and tourism. Ideal only for a stopover for one or maximum two nights.
Great experience
Quiet area 3 km from the center of Marsa Alam, around the hotel everything was under construction for 2 nights it's fine, the beautiful beaches are 1 hour away by taxi, we went to Sham al luli like the Maldives. Friendly and courteous staff, good food.
