Very good location. Not far from the city center. Close to the beach. No parking problems. There was a pleasant and polite girl at the reception. The room is very clean. Nice bathroom. There are cosmetic items. Mini bar.

- • I have been a guest at Marina Burgas Hotel multiple times in recent years, usually at least twice a year, so this review is not written after a single visit, but after accumulated impressions. During this stay, I made a mistake and accidentally left two duplicate reservations active, resulting in me having four paid rooms instead of two. I fully realize that this is my mistake and did not expect the hotel to take financial responsibility. However, I expected at least an attempt to assist, some proposal for a solution, a gesture towards a regular customer, or at least a willingness to find a reasonable compromise. This did not happen. The response was solely to use the four rooms. Unfortunately, this was not the only disappointment. I had the opportunity to see four different rooms, and in all of them, the mattresses were equally uncomfortable. I see that other guests share similar impressions, and after several nights, I can confirm that the quality of sleep was seriously affected. The towels at the beginning of the stay were visibly worn out, discolored, and far from the standard I would expect from a hotel in this price range. During the weekend, their quality noticeably improved, creating the impression that the standard was different on weekends. The breakfast also left mixed impressions. In the first few days, some of the sweet and savory pastries appeared stale and old, far from the feeling of freshly prepared. Over the weekend, the quality was significantly better, and the products looked fresh and new. This again created the feeling that there is a difference between guest service during the week and on weekends. The cleanliness was also not at the expected level. In one of the bathrooms, the floor was sticky from the beginning. A hair and a dead fly remained in the same place until the end of the stay, which raises doubts about the quality of daily cleaning. The most disappointing aspect is that the hotel has an excellent location and the potential to be one of the best accommodation places in Burgas.
