Nice overall
Nice place, relatively cheap. We didn't eat there and didn't really use the facilities of the place. Mainly for sleeping. The beds were comfortable, the room clean, the bathroom clean.

- • 1. The air conditioner didn't work, we turned to the staff to fix it and they didn't fix it even the next day (even though they said they would). Additionally, they didn't agree to give us an alternative room even though the hotel was completely empty. 2. The location was really at the edge of the town and the other buildings around were relatively deserted, not the most pleasant atmosphere.
Wonderful place to stay
Large rooms, comfortable sofa, well-equipped bathroom. The location is excellent as a starting point for the mountain. Nearby there are restaurants and 24-hour supermarkets. The staff is very responsive.

A correct 3-star hotel, the apartment is very well organized, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, TV, and air conditioning in all rooms. Very friendly staff, even though it was almost 10 pm, they opened the playground for the children. The breakfast buffet was very good, there was plenty to choose from and food was constantly being replenished, very convenient breakfast hours, you didn't have to wake up very early to get something. I regret not booking for 2 nights, I couldn't try the pool... but it looked clean.

- • Limited parking spaces, about 7 designated spots, the rest across the street undeveloped with some quite large boulders. I parked on the street, there were no signs prohibiting parking or signs indicating that the car would be towed, but the next morning a bus driver warned me to be careful where I park, even if there are no signs, if they want to make money, the Bulgarians will tow the cars.
Hotel at the end of the town, small. Standard room. Breakfast is normal but not a buffet. There is a pool.

- • The elevator was not working. The rooms were not cleaned. The towels were also not changed
