Disappointment, non-working fridge, tiny toilet under the stairs, unenthusiastic staff, a dilapidated hotel.

- • The fridge in the rooms was not working, despite our request, we were not provided with a fridge where we could put insulin injections. There were no pillowcases. The toilet was under the stairs, in a tiny makeshift place. We were given the 4th floor, requested a lower floor due to the lack of an elevator, but it was refused in a contrary manner. No parking was provided, so we had to park on the street, where we were constantly warned to move our car. We checked out after one night of the 2 nights we booked due to our dissatisfaction and moved to another hotel. It was a very old and dilapidated hotel.
The staff is very attentive and kind, the location is in a perfect place for all the sights in the city. I would go back to this hotel 😇

The place is in the center of Plovdiv. However, the area is quiet. I also enjoyed the balcony and the view from there.
