Watching boats
Beautifully situated B&B/hotel on the Vecht that, in terms of the original decor, somewhat resembles an English gentlemen's club. From the stylish garden, you can watch the passing boats from a covered terrace. This really adds value here, along with the large conservatory where a good breakfast is served at a considerable price. Fortunately, also with freshly squeezed orange juice! Friendly service, eggs prepared to your liking. The charming attic room is fully furnished and equipped with a Nespresso machine on the minibar. The air conditioning was already on, very thoughtful, and not superfluous in warmer weather. There are four tilt windows that can be opened. Traffic is audible but not disturbing. Unless you are bothered by the quacking ducks... Living with the toilet outside the room was acceptable because there are no other guest rooms on the attic floor. Bathrobes are also provided. Good shower in a clean bathroom. Parking on site. Close to Breukelen train station where you can park for free for a trip to Amsterdam or Utrecht.

Fantastic!
Very sweet hostesses. Upon arrival, immediately given another room due to my wife's mobility. The next day a delicious breakfast with again a fantastic host. The Hague's Hotel Des Indes can learn a lot from this Lodging. Original, classic, and classy!
