The welcome was absolutely exceptional. The lady who manages the establishment is of a rare elegance, both in her attitude and in her way of receiving. She knows how to immediately put at ease and give the feeling of being at home. Always available, attentive, and caring, she anticipates needs and offers excellent advice. The atmosphere is warm, almost familial, with a sense of authentic hospitality. The team takes care of everything with kindness and professionalism. Additionally, I had the very pleasant surprise of being upgraded to a superior room than the one I had booked, due to availability: a particularly appreciated gesture that demonstrates great attention to clients. Highly recommended establishment.

Quiet and convenient place to stay
Located across the road from the Arab League Park on Blvd Hassan II, it’s in a quiet neighborhood yet close to many places: Place Mohammed V, the city’s main civic square, several notable buildings from the French-protectorate era, including the Central Post Office and other early 20th-century administrative architecture. What’s more, it’s a few minutes walk to the CMC stop of the AéroBus, the airport shuttle to the airport. It’s a 45-minutes ride. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Mme Mekouar made sure that everything was to our satisfaction and suggested where to shop for specific things as well as the best way to get around and about.

Safe parking in front of the house was brilliant. The hotel has a great location right by the park.

- • Partly overambitious staff woke us up for breakfast via room phone, but at a different agreed time... Poor communication among the staff sometimes led to misunderstandings for us. Our caravan had to be moved several times for security reasons, but the reception was unaware of it...? Friendly and dedicated people, but sometimes we missed real help with specific questions about staying in the city... e.g. general taxi prices are not known because the staff does not take taxis - but may be able to find out. Etc...
The boss and the whole team were super friendly and helpful. That was a wonderful arrival in Morocco, thank you very much! The Moroccan breakfast was prepared with a lot of love and tasted great. In addition, there were great sightseeing tips on top.
