The room on the first night was not particularly comfortable, but we were upgraded to the room we had reserved, which was very comfortable. However, the only real problem with this establishment is the breakfast; it is very poor with croissants lying down or dry donuts, no fruits or orange juice, no variety, the same thing every day. Regarding the room service, it also needs improvement; the only housekeeper is overwhelmed by the service and cannot clean properly. I must also mention an incident that occurred when I arrived at the hotel around 3 am, tired from the trip. I simply asked the receptionist, after checking in, to allow me to go to my room and pay the bill the next day. Unfortunately, he was very strict that the bill be settled before I go up to my room. Frankly, I was shocked by the manner. Fortunately, the next day, the hotel manager, a very pleasant, friendly, and humane lady, apologized. I also want to thank the housekeeper for the effort she continuously made to make us comfortable, as well as her supervisor. In terms of the hotel's location, it is very well situated in the city center.

- • Breakfast in a cold, drafty corridor room, no fresh baguette, Moroccan bread had to be reheated. Disappointing!
The welcome was absolutely exceptional. The lady managing the establishment is of rare elegance, both in her attitude and in her way of receiving guests. She immediately puts you at ease and gives you the feeling of being at home. Always available, attentive, and caring, she anticipates needs and offers excellent advice. The atmosphere is warm, almost familial, with a sense of genuine hospitality. The team takes care of everything with kindness and professionalism. Additionally, I had the very pleasant surprise of being upgraded to a superior room than the one I had reserved, due to availability: a particularly appreciated gesture that shows great attention to customers. Highly recommended establishment.

Quiet and convenient place to stay.
Located across the road from the Arab League Park on Blvd Hassan II, it’s in a quiet neighborhood yet close to many places: Place Mohammed V, the city’s main civic square, several notable buildings from the French-protectorate era, including the Central Post Office and other early 20th-century administrative architecture. What’s more, it’s a few minutes' walk to the CMC stop of the AéroBus, the airport shuttle to the airport. It’s a 45-minute ride. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Mme Mekouar made sure that everything was to our satisfaction and suggested where to shop for specific things as well as the best way to get around and about.

Having a secure parking in front of the house was brilliant. The hotel has a superb location right by the park.

- • Partially overambitious staff woke us up for breakfast via room phone, but at a different agreed time... Poor communication among the staff sometimes led to misunderstandings for us. Our caravan had to be moved several times for safety reasons, but the reception was unaware of it...? Friendly and dedicated people, but sometimes we lacked real assistance with specific questions about our stay in the city... e.g., general taxi fares are not known because the staff does not take taxis - but could possibly find out. Etc...
The boss and the whole team were super friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful arrival in Morocco for us, thank you very much! The Moroccan breakfast was prepared with great care and tasted great. In addition, there were great sightseeing tips.
