Very friendly staff and super helpful. Great location for visiting the Pyramids of Giza, but also for Saqqara, Memphis, and the city of Cairo.

- • The surrounding area is not the best as it is quite dirty and chaotic but still optimal for visiting the pyramids.
Hotel is a 10, but location is not optimal
New hotel, very clean rooms, modern bathroom, super helpful staff for customer needs, both in services and for organizing tours in the surroundings. The 24-hour reception is extremely convenient, the staff can also order food delivery directly to the room. Air conditioning in all rooms. You can also have breakfast on the balcony overlooking the Pyramids (although they are seen from afar)

- • Unfortunately, the location does not match the quality of the structure. The hotel is on the fourth floor of an unfinished building, some floors are still rough. The building is in the western part of the necropolis, where the new entrance center of the Giza pyramids has emerged, in a recently founded residential area that, however, presents critical issues due to unpaved roads, numerous unfinished buildings, lack of bars and restaurants, an area where taxi drivers and Uber drivers ask for an extra charge if you leave from Cairo, no problem instead if you move from/to Giza
Breakfast was okay, the same every day. Very friendly staff, especially Peter and Mustafa. They are very helpful.

- • The bathroom is leaking water everywhere after the shower. Room smells musty.

Lovely hotel and staff. We had a room with a view of the pyramids! Breakfast was freshly prepared and filling. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

- • The location was not the best because of the poorly maintained road and lack of good facilities locally
