- • Really, there was nothing I didn't like, everything was very correct.
We had a magical night in the heart of the golden sand dunes. The camel ride at sunset was an unforgettable experience, and when night fell, we admired the stars in an exceptionally clear sky. The food was delicious, and the service excellent. I recommend to anyone visiting Morocco not to miss this experience.

Completely different from what was indicated in the reservation.
The only positive note is the extreme friendliness and availability of the nice staff guys. Besides, of course, the breathtaking desert scenery.

- • Review The camp bears no resemblance to the one in the pictures, so much so that it made us think they placed us in a different camp from the one we had booked. The low price is deceptive: as soon as you book, a message arrives with three options, all at an additional cost with increasing prices (from 50 to 80 euros per person), at least one of which is mandatory to complete the reservation: the first option, the lowest, includes only the 4X4 off-road transport to the camp, which is located in the middle of the desert and therefore not reachable by any other means. Parking is guaranteed in the reservation, but it is not specified that it is far from the camp. Regarding the services offered, almost all those indicated in the reservation were missing: rarely working Wi-Fi, no air conditioning, no carpets on the tent floor (only a horrible fake marble floor), no wardrobe but only small bedside tables with drawers, no power outlet in the tent, dirty and malodorous sanitary facilities (there were toothpaste residues and hair in our sink), lack of cleanliness in general, it goes without saying, no trace of a hot tub and no trace of bicycles, the bathroom products provided consisted only of two tiny hotel soaps and three sachets of shampoo. The breakfast buffet was poor and mostly made up of prepackaged foods. Dinner was decent but in small quantities. Lastly, we discovered that, contrary to what was indicated in the booking confirmation, the only payment method accepted was cash.

- • We booked and asked about the transfer to the camp as we were unfamiliar with it. After asking twice without getting a response, they wrote to us a few hours before about the transfer. That's where the trick is: the transfer costs more than double the cost of sleeping. Fortunately, due to the lack of assistance, we found another camp and did not go with them. The reservation is only 20 euros, but they take advantage of the transfer. A fraud.

This was our first visit to the Sahara, and it surpassed every expectation we had. The camp was exceptionally clean, the luxury tents were equipped with everything we needed, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. From camel riding and sandboarding to a wonderful Moroccan dinner and an unforgettable evening around the campfire, it was the perfect combination of adventure, comfort, and authentic desert hospitality
