- • I couldn't benefit from my reservation. The ceiling of the room was too low that I couldn't stand up in it. I asked for a room change, they offered a change for an additional payment. I decided to leave and asked for an amicable cancellation which was refused. Real cheaters.

- • The Riad is located in a nearly abandoned part of the Medina. Upon arrival, we doubted if we were in the right place. It was a dark alley, smelling bad with shady people lurking around. We went up and there was no one at the reception. I had sent the day before to the contact mentioned the time of our arrival. I called 3 times with no answer. After 30 minutes, someone arrived, we thought it was a worker because he showed me the reservation on his phone which was a screenshot. He showed us the rooms which were small, dirty, and without light. So we decided to leave and find something else instead.

- • It was difficult/unclear how to get there. However, you were right in the medina. Nice environment. Perhaps a bit difficult for less able people to access due to narrow stairs.
