Great boat and very comfortable rooms. Food and beverage are good and nice atmosphere on the boat. The staff is very attentive.

- • There is a lot of plastic in the water, private operators should look after the environment. The sailing time is very limited and too short, only 1h a day. There are so many other boats. Too many people on the boat so very crowded feeling.

Perfect Lab Ha cruise
Fabulous overnight cruise, amazing boat, wonderful service. Food was amazing. Itinerary may seem packed for a 2 day 1 night cruise but it’s perfect. Plenty of time to relax. Well organised

One of the best cruises I've ever taken in my life!
This was one of the best cruises I've ever taken in my life, without a doubt. Everything was perfect: our room, the meals, the staff, and, especially, the bays visited. Grade 1000!

- • Ha Long Bay is extremely polluted. Too many boats. Day trip was very limited. No variation in destination

- • - On the morning we were due to be picked up now transfer was arranged and when our hotel rang to see where they were they said they did not even have us on the system. Not a great start. - Overall parts of the ship are quite tired. - We were right next to the boiler room so ended up hearing a lot of noise and were woken up at 6am in the morning with the anchor being lifted. - The room was just ok. We ended up with the end room which had a tiny balcony compared to everyone else's. - Overall we felt we paid a lot and not sure it was the best value for money

It’s very pristine, everything is clean and modern. The activities were really nice as well even if you stay only for 2 days, 1 night. The staff is amazing, super kind and helpful. A special thank you to Darwin who was our waiter and went out of his way to make sure we had a great dining experience. Another special thanks to Cherry our Cruise manager who also was our tour guide, she was very kind, funny and insightful. I can’t recommend this cruise enough, you get the best value for money.
