The view from the terrace was very nice and breakfast was fine, although it wasn't served until 9:30

- • Probably the worst place I've stayed in Morocco. Here is a list of what was wrong: 1. The room was extremely hot and had no AC/fan. I had about 4-5 cold showers each night to cool down a bit. 2. The room was FULL of mosquitoes, as could be seen by the walls which were covered in blood stains/squished bugs. These two things alone meant that we got almost no sleep at all. Killing them all was impossible because there was an open hole above the door, so they just kept coming back in all night. 3. Muhammad, the loudmouth, hash smoking drunken buffoon of an owner (?) of the place had a party on the rooftop until about midnight where he spent the entire time blasting crappy music from giant speakers and shouting nonsense at the top of his lungs. We were on the ground floor, and even there it was loud. 4. Lots of things in the room we're broken - e.g. the main lights in the room wouldn't turn on, the sink was blocked, the toilet flush switch was missing, and the shower flooded into the bedroom if you weren't careful. There was also dry, crusty urine on the toilet seat when we arrived. If Muhammad spent less money on hash and alcohol and perhaps invested even a tiny amount of money into say, an electric fan (and if he stopped screaming nonsense until midnight), it may have almost been bearable. It's also possible that perhaps the rooms not on the ground floor are better (but then you'd be even closer to the nonsense on the rooftop...). As it was though, we actually ended up checking out a day early because we couldn't stand staying in that dump any longer. How this place has a 7/10 rating on booking is beyond me. AVOID THIS PLACE

- • A bit outdated... except for the cleaning lady, the staff lacks discretion and does not respect the travelers (loud music on the terrace...)
Charm in the Medina
Mohamed is a very good host. He speaks Spanish perfectly. Riad very well located, inside the medina, near the square of the royal palace. The room we stayed in has the charm of a traditional riad, just like all the facilities. The rooftop terrace, with views of the medina, is pleasant for breakfast or spending the afternoon.

- • Everything was fine. If anything, some noise in the courtyard (normal) during the day. The night is quiet.
Fair stay in this very noisy riad at night
Very good location, the room was clean, with a window facing the street. The breakfast was average but the lady who served it was very kind.

- • A LOT, A LOT OF NOISE a good part of the night: noise from the street below, loud music on the riad terrace, footsteps, furniture being moved almost all night, shouting... We don't have the riad key, we have to ring every time we come in. It's not the riad's fault but a mosquito invasion. No fan.
Good location, bad rest.
The location is excellent, right in the middle of the medina with all the shops nearby and the room very large with a comfortable bed. The staff is very friendly.

- • Loud music was played at full volume at bedtime, the first night until 1 in the morning or both. The breakfast was somewhat scarce.
