Great location and warm hospitality, but the room conditions and bathroom comfort made the stay less enjoyable than expected.
The riad entrance and the location were great, right in the heart of the medina. They offered us a tour during our stay, as well as breakfast on our last day. The owner was also very responsive.

- • The shared bathroom was on the top floor and was really small. We could barely bend over, and when sitting on the toilet, our knees were almost touching the wall in front of us. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. Our room didn’t have a window, I didn’t even know that was legal. We had to ask for a fan so we wouldn’t suffocate during the night. There also seemed to be some mold on the ceiling of our room.

- • The place. The riad is located in the medina, in a dead-end alley where we encountered quite a few people dealing, and sometimes the same person who was not in very good condition. Not the best place to go with children. I'm sorry to make this comment, but my children ended up being scared.

- • For three people, we only had one queen bed. The bathroom was functional, but the shower was missing a door. Very cramped room.
