Excellent location to explore the old town. Very atmospheric Moroccan house, typical of the area. Tastefully decorated. Excellent prompt communication with the hotel and specifically with Zohran, who helped us to find the place and then met us and helped with suitcases. Very good breakfast.

- • The part of the road from the parking lot has been severely damaged by recent floods so it increased the distance you have to walk with your suitcases. But it's not the hotel's fault. Zohran was very helpful.

The staff was super friendly, the garden was soothing, and the room was very clean and large with a comfortable bed to sleep in.

Ideal location, warm welcome, large room with windows and a beautiful view. Very good breakfast. Everything is done to make you feel good.

- • The arrival was complicated, we would have appreciated being informed that there was a road collapse and that we had to walk (we felt attacked by the people who forced us to park). The noise of the river is very loud when staying downstairs. The accommodation is very humid and cool (which must be great when it's very hot).
Nice hotel, good location to walk to the Medina
Staff was very friendly & helpful. Location is good to walk to the Medina. The hotel is nicely and authentically decorated. The family room was as described, but the windows had no view. The parking is 300m away (you walk uphill to the hotel) & not easy to reach: very narrow & busy, but the hotel staff had told us beforehand that it costs 40MAD per day & that was the case. The garden has a lot of potential but could be cozier. Maybe it's more inviting in the summer. We are vegan and had breakfast there. It was completely okay, we also got extra fruit. Perhaps a spread or hummus would be a good addition or the fried vegetables without the omelette :)

- • It was very windy & the window did not close properly and kept opening at night, but it was repaired the next day. The windows in the family room have no view. Bottled water in the room (as shown in the pictures) would have been good.

- • The access to the riad is difficult due to the problem of Ras el Maa road :/
House located a bit away from the Medina so quiet with a beautiful view. Pleasant, thoughtful staff. Nothing to complain about. Ready to come back
