- • There was a problem with the sink tap (it leaked when the water was turned on). Although Imad offered another room, I didn't want to test my luck anymore. Hopefully, they replaced the tap :-)

The rooftop terrace was nice, the beds were comfortable, and it was a short walk to the medina, also located on a main road for taxi stops

- • The bins in the room weren't emptied daily, nor were the beds made or the towels changed
Disappointed but exceptional visit to Fes
Without a doubt, the employee who welcomed and informed us. Fantastic and always smiling. We had to leave early on the last morning, and he arranged a takeaway breakfast for us. The lady who manages breakfast is also very kind and professional.

- • We were surprised by the rating on Booking and the condition of our room. Clean sheets but paint peeling off the ceiling. Bathroom tiles cracked in several places, missing grout in several places, tissues used to block a door. Not a fan of the plastic shower mat that didn't seem very clean. A plastic bottle under the bed. For a rating that almost reaches a 9, this shouldn't happen.
