Loved the location, friendly staff & facilities. Slept very well with the comfortable bed & blockout blinds. The bath was also appreciated after a long flight.

Great hotel, very good location, excellent accessibility by train
Spacious rooms with equipped kitchenette, clean and comfortable, great staff, free coffee in the lobby and on the 7th floor. Ice machine, water dispensers, bathing supplies available in the lobby. The hotel is located above a train station (Savoy) with stairs/elevator at the entrance to the station itself. Short walking distance to Chinatown / Red Light District / Harbor area / large shopping malls. Opposite the hotel is Tully's Coffee. Below the hotel there is also a cafe, convenient shops from all major chains are all around. Supermarkets with a lot of necessities including fruits and vegetables are in Chinatown. There are good restaurants in the area.

- • I was very concerned about the dark circles under the eyes of the front desk staff. I wondered if they were working hard or if they were just that kind of person... I felt scared when checking in
