Amazing stay, spotless, good value
It was spotlessly clean. Room was large and freshly decorated. Breakfast ticked all the boxes. We arrived early and it was no trouble.

- • Slight gripe but it was empty at night with little atmosphere. We weren't staying there for the pub though, but if I had intended to spend an evening there it was very 'peaceful' and quiet.

Comfortable and beyond expectations
Excellent experience in this very convenient pub, on the road but no noise, just convenience to reach Bath and the surrounding areas. The rooms are separate from the pub, in an intimate and quiet courtyard. Clean, modern, bathroom with everything you need, bright. The pub offers a lot of choices, everyone was kind even though we speak little English, all helpful and friendly. Abundant breakfast. We recommend!

Comfortable bed in clean modern room with excellent bathroom. The room faced an enclosed private courtyard adjacent to the beer garden. The pub has recently been refurbished, looks great. Excellent breakfast, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on sourdough with good coffee and a breakfast bar of cereals, yogurt and fruit compote.
