GREAT service in a PARADISIAC place!
The hotel's atmosphere was very special and invited relaxation and connection with nature. The included services like breakfast and yoga classes were amazing. The food and cocktails were spectacular! The shrimp pesto pasta is as good as the best high-end restaurants. The best part of the hotel was the service. All the workers were very friendly, approachable, and professional. You didn't feel like a customer but like a guest in the place. Many thanks to all the workers we interacted with: Sebas, Luis, Jacobo, among others. They made our stay a perfect 10.

- • The La Punta area is sometimes a bit dirty, but that has nothing to do with the hotel where we stayed. We really liked everything. It was amazing and we can't wait to come back.

The staff was quite friendly and the location is very central in Punta Zicatela, close to the beach and the avenue for public transportation.
