Cute little hotel
The hotel was very nice, but we do think that the pool area and the pool itself could be a little cleaner. Very delicious breakfast. The staff was okay, not too friendly to be honest. The exception was Luis, who was super friendly with us and gave very good recommendations. Thanks Luis!

Decoration with plants. Sol's attention was very kind. Easy access to beach towels. Close to restaurants and the beach.

- • Little fruit and water at breakfast. Room without space to hang clothes. The shower is partially blocked and doesn't have a good water flow. The manager was very unfriendly and served us reluctantly.

My stay at Raíz was outstanding from start to finish. The entire property has such a beautiful organic, nature-inspired atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and unwind. The aesthetic is thoughtfully designed and feels peaceful, unique, and connected to the surroundings. What really made this place special, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, always making us feel at home. They were happy to recommend local restaurants and activities, and every interaction felt personal rather than transactional. A special thank you to Luis and Sebastian, who were always so friendly, bubbly, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. The women on the team were just as sweet and welcoming. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. The quality was excellent, especially considering it’s included with your stay. There’s a wonderful breakfast bar with teas, coffee, wellness shots, fresh fruit, and bread, along with delicious made-to-order egg dishes. I also loved the welcome drink upon arrival—it was such a thoughtful touch and set the tone for the rest of our stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay with incredible hospitality, beautiful design, and great food, I can’t recommend Raíz enough. I would absolutely stay here again.
