Surprising, from the outside it doesn't look like it would be so interesting inside. The staff was friendly, we got delicious takeaway breakfast on the day of the sunrise tour and on the day of departure by early train. We appreciate this hotel because it was very pleasant and safe here. Thank you for the stay.

Really lovely place! Can recommend
- really sweet and helpful staff - beautiful house. Many plants and koi fishes - nice and clean rooms with A/C - good area - outside area and inside area is nice

- • - only lower bed in the bunk bed with curtains. Could be nice to also have curtains in the upper bed.
We were well taken care of and well advised regarding the tours. The breakfast was good, the location in a side street very quiet. Nevertheless, many good and inexpensive restaurants were just a few steps away. The price-performance ratio was excellent. Also, it was very clean and very typical, which we particularly liked.

- • The room could use a slight refresh and the lighting was not optimal.
Friendly staff, very quiet, and they offer a ton of tours to explore all the great places near Yogyakarta! Breakfast was also very good.

- • There was a bit of sand on my bed when I arrived, but fairly clean otherwise.
The accommodation is simple but clean, the owners are very friendly and the breakfast prepared by the woman is very good. The service is very good and the value for money is also good.

Beautiful and calm place
A very nice place to stay in Yogyakarta. The breakfast is prepared fresh every day and mostly it is local Indonesian cuisine which we loved. There is a fully equipped kitchen where free coffee, tea, and drinking water are available. Owners were helpful in giving us suggestions and recommendations. We arranged with them visits to the temples and batik workshop. They also arrange many other activities.

- • Soundproofing is non-existent, so if you are a light sleeper and there are guests outside talking, you will hear them. Also, the AC in our room was not so strong. It was not hot during our visit so it was not a big issue but it might be a concern during hot days.
Lovely place, in a cool area. I would happily return here.
The location was amazing. Such a cool and fun area, lots of great places to eat and drink. The rooms were thoughtfully designed, and the hosts were lovely.

- • A few slight signs of aging in the rooms, it didn’t bother me at all really.
