- • The rooms downstairs are very close to the kitchen, so if you want to sleep a bit longer you might be bothered by the other guests. However, this was not a problem for us and we had a great stay.
I loved my stay at this property. Family environment that makes you feel like home and welcome. The owners are extremely nice, talkative, and ready to support you. I highly recommend this property if you want to dive a little into the local life.

Great little guesthouse - super comfy & clean! AC worked well, WiFi was good & hot water worked! Breakfast was delicious & we rented a scooter & it was great!

The owner is very welcoming and helpful. The accommodation itself is fantastic with the koi pond and sweet details. We could also store our luggage after check-out and still use the showers and toilets.

Excellent location to visit the center of Yogyakarta - essential room but with basic necessities and water in the room.

The hotel is very well located and very pretty. The staff is extremely kind and very helpful for visits and practical information. The breakfast of choice is carefully prepared. Spacious and comfortable room. All necessary amenities are available.

- • Slight downside on noise isolation, as our room was located right next to the kitchen and the entrance hall so a bit noisy. Another thing, when taking a shower, the lack of a partition or curtain wets the rest of the bathroom
