My friend and I had a very nice and relaxing stay at Desa Hay. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean, the food was very good!! and the staff extremely friendly and warm. We would like to highlight Mandy from the restaurant in particular - she was incredibly warm, friendly, and with her lovely manner, she brought a smile to our faces every day. Thank you, Mandy! ❤️

Desa Hay was undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and special places of our trip to Bali. 🌿✨ From the very first moment, we felt welcomed with an uncommon kindness, attention, and care. Everything is designed to the smallest detail: the villas are wonderful, immersed in nature, elegant and perfectly maintained, and the atmosphere is one of absolute tranquility and well-being. But what truly made our stay unforgettable were the people. The entire staff was exceptional: always smiling, helpful, attentive, and able to make us feel pampered without ever being intrusive. You can perceive how much passion they put into their work and how much they truly care about their guests' experience. The cuisine was also a beautiful surprise: delicious breakfasts and dishes, prepared with great care and quality. It's hard to put into words how well we felt. Desa Hay is not just a beautiful place to stay: it's one of those places that stay in your heart and that you truly regret leaving. Thanks to the whole team for making these days so special. If we return to Bali, returning to Desa Hay will be a certainty. ❤️ Absolutely recommended. A 10 out of 10 experience.

Desa Hay is a little tropical paradise. With only six private villas, it offers an intimate and peaceful atmosphere, making it the perfect place for anyone looking to truly unwind. After 9 p.m., the music stops and the entire property becomes wonderfully quiet. Each villa is set within its own private tropical garden, surrounded by walls that ensure complete privacy while naturally keeping the space cool. We stayed in August and never once needed to turn on the air conditioning. The contemporary wooden architecture is simply stunning. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, creating a perfect balance between luxury and nature. The villa is spacious and equipped with every comfort, while the bathroom is spectacular, featuring a large walk-in shower, double sinks, and beautiful finishes throughout. Outside, each villa has its own private patio with a plunge pool, a hammock, and even an outdoor bathtub. It truly feels like your own secluded tropical sanctuary. Yoga mats are also provided for the morning yoga sessions. Despite feeling completely immersed in nature, Desa Hay is only about a ten-minute drive or scooter ride from Pererenan Beach. What truly makes this place exceptional, however, is the people. Every member of the team is genuinely kind, warm, and attentive, with thoughtful little touches every day that make you feel truly welcome. The level of hospitality is outstanding, and every detail is handled with great care. The organization is flawless. You can contact the hotel at any time via WhatsApp, and an iPad is provided in the villa, making everything even more convenient. The food deserves a special mention. As Italians, we have high expectations when it comes to cuisine, and we were genuinely impressed. Every meal was absolutely delicious, so congratulations to the entire kitchen team. We also enjoyed a massage during our stay, and it was another wonderful experience. Honestly, we struggled to find even the smallest flaw throughout our stay.
