- • They canceled our reservation upon arrival to give the rooms to a group and did not inform us. Only when we arrived did we find out.
Excellent location, very clean room, but the most important was the service of Mrs. Nancy! Just for her it would be worth it

- • I had a very poor experience at Hotel INTI by Okeana. There was no management staff on-site, and the provided contact number went unanswered; in fact, as soon as they heard my voice, they hung up on me. The basic amenities were missing—there was no hand soap or toilet paper in the upstairs bathrooms, nor in the downstairs one. Additionally, the parking garage is located very far from the hotel. The beds are extremely old and make a lot of noise every time you sit down or get up. The hotel definitely needs to make significant changes. I know this place has potential, but they need to refine their operations and offer a much better service.
Hidden gem
An excellent combination of modern and rustic. The room with jacuzzi was excellent! Clean, good water pressure, no bad smell from the pipes as often happens in other hotels. I am definitely pleasantly surprised. I would stay again.
