- • The only negative point was the low water pressure and temperature at 4th floor in which our room was.

- • The hotel does not meet expectations. The location is only accessible by car. The reception staff is not really approachable, rather absent. The rooms were a complete disaster, the furnishings were the cheapest and not up to a 4-star hotel standard, in addition, the rooms were very noisy. The room was not really clean, hygiene could have been significantly better. We were deeply disappointed as we had booked the hotel with our parents, it definitely did not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. The breakfast had a wide selection and the staff were also attentive. I found it very unfortunate that we were asked for our opinion and forced not to give a bad review.
The hotel is spacious, clean, the rooms are large and comfortable, the staff are friendly and speak Arabic. The breakfast is good.
