A Convenient Base Near West Lake
Although it’s not in a touristy area, there are plenty of supermarkets and shops nearby. It’s easy to cook your own meals, and the washing machine is a great bonus. The apartment is spacious, clean, and housekeeping comes daily with fresh towels. Our 4-year-old stayed for free and could comfortably sleep with us or on the sofa. The staff is helpful, responsive, and quick to resolve any issues.

- • Only minor issues: there were no forks among the kitchen utensils, and the breakfast became repetitive during a longer stay, with mostly pho and sandwiches every day.

Convenient, cozy bed, and local area.
The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. All staff members are friendly and helpful, they are the real value of this hotel. Plenty of really tasty coffee shop just downstairs. The place is less than 5 minutes walk to the lake, more cafes restaurants and BBQ bars.

- • Bathrooms are small and toilet is super close to the wall, there are insects that you will find crawling in the kitchen and bathroom and it's hard to get rid of especially that next door guests leave trash in the hall. There is not garbage disposal area. Housekeeping staff are kind but they don't mop the floor clean, they only sweep it, so make sure to ask staff for disinfecting and mopping.

The place was very nice. Close to the tourist center while being in a more authentic neighborhood. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped.
