- • The room has an "adapted" bathroom, tiny, with the shower above the sink, the wall is moldy/dirty, I really found the bathroom terrible. It would have been easier not to offer the bathroom "inside the room", because it is really tiny, the shower is not electric (the water never heated up for me) and the walls are moldy. The sheet seemed dirty, with a bad smell, also disappointing.
Expectation vs Reality
The location is central, which makes it very good for dolphin watching and the Amazon theater. The air conditioning and wifi worked well.

- • The photos do not represent reality. It was a first floor by a very steep staircase. The walls were very dirty, showing that there has been no maintenance for a long time. The bathroom did not have a shower, only a shower between the sink and the toilet, extremely uncomfortable and the water temperature was not adjustable. I stayed there from Saturday to Monday and the house faces a dance and events center, the music was on all day, unbearable. It didn't let me sleep.
I liked the location and the easy check-in (electronic lock).

- • Reasonable room, but below expectations compared to the photos. I couldn't turn on the TV (might have just been my inability). The annoying thing was that there was no water in my room and I booked a daily rate because I arrived in the early hours and would travel in the afternoon; I just wanted to sleep and take a shower. Before checking in, ask for a room that is connected to the house's water tank and not directly connected from the street (that was the explanation I was given for the lack of water).
It didn't work for me.

- • The accommodation is not for me. It's the kind where there are no employees, everything depends on an access code and contact via WhatsApp. It's not bad, but it's not for me.
Excellent location and cost-benefit!
Excellent location, cost-benefit, and service. Self-check-in is done with a password provided by WhatsApp. The room is spacious, clean, safe, and comfortable. The shower could be a little better, but nothing that hinders the stay. An excellent cost-benefit option for a short stay in Manaus.

- • The bathroom could be larger, with a hotter shower, with more pressure, but everything is fine :)

- • Once the check-in was done, I noticed several very visible stains on the bed sheets. Black and red, I attached the pictures to this review. I asked to change it and was told, they're clean and stains can't be removed. Understandable, but those sheets should not be used anymore for guests as it's disgusting. The reason for only one star is that experience as it is customer experience at its worst, to give an answer like that. I do hope it helps that in the future people could sleep in a clean bed.

- • About the layout of the suite bathroom. The shower should be placed where the toilet is and the toilet where the shower is. This way, when taking a shower, the whole bathroom would not get wet.
