The staff is super courteous (especially Roma, the waitress at the restaurant), good structure even if a bit dated. The common areas are well-maintained and fairly clean. Quality-price ratio is good, the hotel remains an oasis where you can rest peacefully from the city's incessant traffic.

- • The gym is not up to par for a hotel of this kind, the pool is not clean, all the walls under the water are slimy/greasy, also the area around seems a bit abandoned to itself.

No staff was valet parking. The whole lobby was dark and full of mosquitoes. No security was there at the lobby door.

- • The PU leather on the headboard, footboard, and side rails was smelling terribly, my migraine intensified because of it. Wherever the PU was used, the smell was strong. After complaining, the staff said it was sorted, but it continued. I’ve requested them to pin the headboard and around the bed with bed linen. It did reduce after that. Definitely not something I expected from the Hilton group. The toilets and the rooms were also not so clean. It’s manageable. The food is priced very high.
The staff is very friendly. They gave us the room at 7 in the morning.
