- • The bar was very basic with limited supplies, only enough gin for my wife, so I had to be satisfied with a beer

- • The woman at the reception was quite cold, she almost only responded with a nod, so I didn't insist even though we still had questions / the bathroom was not very private
I would like to use it again
It was convenient because it was about 5 minutes by the hotel's free limousine bus from Incheon Airport T2. I couldn't speak Korean or English, but the front desk staff tried to explain with body language, and I felt their sincerity and was grateful.

Bad choice for terminal 1, but good for terminal 2
This is probably the nicest Ibis I have ever stayed in. The bed is very comfortable, the room is spacious and relatively quiet considering the runway is nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and there is a small convenience store onsite for items like water or snacks. There is a fun little robot that will deliver your food if you order room service.

- • There are very few shuttles for Terminal 1. At certain times in the middle of the day, there can be 3 to 6 hours between shuttles!! For an airport hotel advertising a shuttle, this is unacceptable. See schedule in the photos. The restaurant is also very expensive and has strict opening times. Room service is available longer and although expensive, I must say the fried chicken from room service was very tasty. It's clear there is no competition for dining options, but a large building is going up next door. Hopefully, that's also a hotel and will provide another choice.
