Comfortable
I liked the layout of the room. It was compact but not cramped, and had everything I needed. There was a closet area right by the door, a sofa by the window, and the placement of the fridge and cupboards. The flow between the bathroom, shower, and toilet was also good. After the hotel shuttle bus stopped running, it was convenient that the airport shuttle bus, although taking longer due to its opposite direction, was available. If I have the opportunity to use Incheon again, I would like to stay at this hotel.

- • It was disappointing that the shower room door didn't close properly and water seeped out slowly.
Great place for quick layover. I’d stay here again easy. Shuttle to and from the airport was perfect.
The beds were amazingly comfortable. The rooms were spotless and check-in/check-out was easy.

- • I arrived at ibis around 9pm. They had a restaurant dinner downstairs that closed around 1030p. That being said there wasn’t that much food and they weren’t replacing some dishes. I understand closing time is soon but just something to make note of.
It is better to consider staying with family only.
It was nice that there was a convenience store downstairs and the staff were friendly.

- • The air conditioning was not very effective. When I entered the room, it was 32 degrees. I turned on the air conditioning but it didn't cool down quickly. It finally dropped to around 25 degrees the next morning. Also, after taking a shower, water leaked from under the door and made quite a mess. There was no door at the entrance to the washroom, and the toilet and shower were made of frosted glass, so it made me hesitate to use it with anyone other than family.
Friendly staff, very clean rooms and easy access to the airport via the shuttle bus.

- • The sauna closes too early, not many machines in the gym, the restaurant is a bit expensive, we only received one key for 2 people (complicated since access to the gym and sauna is with it and the electricity in the room works with it)
