We had a water leak in the room, but we were immediately moved to another while it was being fixed and it was perfect, the staff was very helpful. We also had an issue with a cell phone and they recommended us a great place where they fixed our problem. The breakfast was very complete and delicious. We rented a tour for the bay at the hotel and it was very nice, punctual and they fulfilled everything.

Great hotel in CatBa with friendly staff. Close to the 'core' of the city, which unfortunately is just a big construction site. Clean and fresh room and good location.

Nice quiet hotel with super staff!!!
Very nice little hotel, quiet but close to the center with many restaurant options around. The staff is very nice, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are pleasant, spacious, and well-equipped.

This property seems quite new so everything is clean, the beds are great, sheets are fresh and crisp, service is outstanding and the buffet breakfast was plentiful. Nothing to complain about. I would highly recommend it.
