The hotel was amazing. The room was beautiful, clean, and nicely designed. The pool was very pleasant, and the jacuzzi was excellent. The hotel staff was very warm and polite; we got everything we asked for. Highly recommended!!!

Quiet, pleasant Palermo oasis
The hotel is in a lovely quiet location and feels very secluded as it's within a walled garden. The plants are very beautiful and help create a nice atmosphere despite the small size of the hotel grounds.

- • The breakfast and breakfast room weren't great. The room is too small, so that guests have to sit on couches or outside if the room is full. The breakfast options were ok, but were not quickly replenished and there was too much cake and not enough yogurts and fruit.

All the staff was friendly, very attentive, and particularly responsive (special mention to Fabrizio who was extremely considerate and to Alberto). The location is really appreciable and close to all the must-see monuments. The breakfast includes everything one could expect. The presence of numerous plants is not only pretty but also refreshes the place!

- • The sporadic passage of cleaning services in the room. One or two chairs in the room and a few additional drying possibilities in the bathroom would have been appreciated.

When we come back to Palermo, there is only one accommodation for us!
Very quiet and unique in the middle of Palermo. You can explore almost everything on foot from there. Very good restaurants and bars right outside the door! Staff always so friendly and accommodating. You can relax in the garden and pool during the hot midday/afternoon.
