Great hotel just a shame about the location and parking charge.
Room was clean and comfortable with great city skyline views. Bathroom and facilities great. Very handy to local tram stop and extensive shopping centre.

We really enjoyed the stay.
The breakfast was excellent. The location is very central, within walking distance to the main train station and the Festhalle. The bar and its terrace were very pleasant. Since we had to wait for half an hour at check-in at 3 pm until the room was ready, breakfast was offered to us for free.

- • The ceiling in the room should have been painted, I find exposed concrete suboptimal for upscale rooms. The glass in the sliding wall between the bedroom and the washbasins is already frosted and discolored.
