- • My room never got cleaned until the day before I was leaving. I had to ask for toilet paper every other day. The bed sheets didn't get changed until the day before I left. The shower head was falling to bits. Had no running water for two days. You could enter my room from the back because there was no lock on it. I had to make one with an old charging cable I had in my suitcase. Rubbish under the bed, the shower doors didn't close so when I could get a shower, then water came through the door. I understand it's a cheap apartment, but I expected more.

- • Lack of cleanliness - no cleaning at all within 4 days. Dark rooms, cracks in the walls, broken shower cabin

- • The air conditioning was not working sufficiently to cool the room. Some of the sockets had no cover/broken, which causes a health and safety risk, especially for kids.
The hotel was in terrible condition, we couldn't sleep all night, and there were women wandering from room to room in the hotel... I do not recommend it, it's definitely not a place to stay with family.
